What will be your mission in the company?

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to international clients, ensuring agile and efficient management of every process:

• Manage orders, shipments, and customer inquiries with precision and speed.

• Provide product information and resolve incidents professionally.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the correct management of each case.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.

• Provide support to the internal and external sales network to facilitate the sales process.
