Labor Advisor

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a highly recognized management company in the sector, which is looking to hire a Labor Advisor.

· Advising and assisting clients on labor matters, managing your own client portfolio.

· Managing and calculating payrolls applied to different collective bargaining agreements.

· Managing personal income tax (IRPF) and reviewing and filing taxes.

· Processing employee registrations, terminations, and changes in data with Social Security.

· Interpreting, analyzing, and applying collective bargaining agreements.

Reporting to the manager of the labor department, your main duties would be the following:

· Joining a consolidated company with a strong track record.

·Permanent contract with full-time hours and immediate start.

· Flexible working hours with staggered entry and exit times, including remote work options.

· Great working environment and a dynamic team.

· You have a degree in Labor Relations or a similar field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a consultancy or professional firm.

· You have knowledge and experience with the A3Nom software.

· You are an organized, resourceful, client-oriented person with strong attention to detail.

· Assessoraràs i atendràs els clients en matèria laboral, gestionant la pròpia cartera de clients.

·Gestionaràs i calcularàs nòmines aplicades a diferents convenis col·lectiu.

·Gestionaràs l'IRPF i revisaràs i presentaràs impostos.

·Tramitaràs altes, baixes i variacions de dades a la Seguretat Social.

·Interpretaràs, analitzaràs i aplicaràs convenis col·lectius.

En dependència de la manager del departament laboral; les teves funcions a realitzar serien les següents:

·Incorporar-te en una empresa consolidada i amb trajectòria.

·Contracte Indefinit a jornada completa i incorporació immediata.

·Flexibilitat horària en entrada i sortida amb teletreball.

·Projecte estable amb possibilitat de desenvolupament professional.

·Bon ambient de treball i equip dinàmic.

·Has estudiat un Grau en Relacions laborals o similars.

·Experiència mínima de 2 anys en una posició similar, preferentment en assesoría o despatxos professionals.

·Tens coneixements i experiència amb el programa A3Nom.

·Ets una persona organitzada, resolutiva, orientada al client i amb atenció al detall.
