• Coordination and supervision of staff during the shift.
• Management and support for Section Managers in team organization.
• Planning and monitoring of production according to operational priorities and needs.
• Resolution of incidents and decision-making on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitoring of KPIs and direct reporting to Management.
• Proposal of organizational and operational improvements.

• Training in the industrial field (essential requirement).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Previous experience coordinating teams.
• Profile with leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
• Decisive person with initiative and the ability to manage incidents in dynamic environments.
• Experience in industrial or production environments is valued.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

• Direct hiring by the company with a permanent contract.
• Stable position within a solid and growing company.
• Salary between €27,000 and €32,000 gross per year, depending on experience and professional merit.
• Fixed afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (initial training may occasionally take place during the central shift).

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the shift, ensuring the proper functioning of production, the optimization of resources, and the achievement of established objectives.

To do so, they will have the support of two Section Managers, who are responsible for large teams within the plant operations.

Encargado/a de Turno de tarde

• Coordinación y supervisión del personal durante el turno.
• Gestión y apoyo a los/as Jefes/as de Sección en la organización de equipos.
• Planificación y seguimiento de la producción según prioridades y necesidades operativas.
• Resolución de incidencias y toma de decisiones en el día a día.
• Seguimiento de indicadores y reporte directo a Dirección.
• Propuesta de mejoras organizativas y operativas.

• Formación en el ámbito industrial (requisito imprescindible).
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años gestionando equipos.
• Experiencia previa coordinando equipos.
• Perfil con liderazgo, capacidad organizativa y toma de decisiones.
• Persona resolutiva, con iniciativa y capacidad para gestionar incidencias en entornos dinámicos.
• Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales o productivos.
• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.

• Incorporación directa por empresa con contrato indefinido.
• Proyecto estable dentro de una compañía sólida y en crecimiento.
• Salario entre 27.000 € y 32.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia y valía profesional.
• Horario fijo de tarde de 14:00 h a 22:00 h (la formación inicial podrá realizarse puntualmente en horario central).

En dependencia directa del/la Responsable de Departamento, la persona seleccionada será la encargada de liderar y coordinar la operativa diaria del turno, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la producción, la optimización de los recursos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

Para ello, contará con el apoyo de dos Jefes/as de Sección, responsables de equipos amplios dentro de la operativa de planta.
