About the role
At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading Spanish family-owned company in the premium frozen yogurt sector, present in several countries and in constant growth, which is currently urgently seeking an LMS & E-learning Associate to join their team in Madrid on a permanent basis.
What will your mission be in the company?
- You will be the main figure and the driving force behind the company's digital training.
- You will be responsible for both the technical management and the "ABC" of the LMS platform, as well as the creative side: conceptualization, creation of storytelling, and first-person delivery of online training sessions.

What you'll do
Your duties will be as follows:
- LMS Management and Administration: Lead the daily platform protocol (user management, onboarding, offboarding, issue resolution, and course administration).
- E-learning Content Creation: Receive training requests from different departments, structure the storytelling, and design and create online training courses from scratch.
- Training Delivery: Act as the trainer and main figure in the company's online training sessions.
- Tool Management: Use e-learning platforms and the department's system, including ECC and other complementary authoring tools. For the selected profile, we offer: • Participation in learning and development projects with global impact.
