At Marlex, we are looking for a proactive and responsible person for a Warehouse and Logistics Operator position for a major company in the metal sector, with the mission of ensuring the correct management and supply of the warehouse.

What will your duties be?

- Reception and verification of goods.

- Identification, labeling, and location:

- Stock management and replenishment:

- Internal supply: serving departments, preparing and moving materials, and coordinating with production and maintenance.

- Management between warehouses.

- Control of materials sent to external suppliers: preparing shipments for external treatments and keeping a record (Excel) of sent material, dates, pending items, and received items, verifying the correct return.

- Order, cleanliness, and waste: removal of waste and shavings, maintaining order in the warehouse, and supporting the cleaning of other areas or offices.

- Handling of goods: use of electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes, in accordance with safety regulations.

- IT management: reliable recording of entries, exits, and locations; maintaining stock control once the system is fully implemented.
