Maintenance Technician

From Marlex People we collaborate with a food sector company seeking to incorporate a Maintenance Technician to strengthen the production team on the afternoon shift.

• Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for plant equipment.

• Corrective maintenance and rapid intervention in the event of breakdowns during production to minimize downtime.

• Diagnosis and resolution of issues in equipment such as Gampack cartoners, Tetra Pak packaging machines, Stork sterilizers, ABB robots, and conveyor systems.

• Interpretation of blueprints, industrial schematics, and technical manuals from manufacturers.

• Use of SCADA environments, TPOP, and maintenance management software (CMMS).

• Proposal of technical improvements and application of Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues structurally.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in production environments.

• Solid knowledge of mechanics and basic knowledge of electricity.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and industrial schematics.

• Familiarity with SCADA environments, TPOP, and CMMS.

• Autonomous, results-oriented person with strong prioritization skills.

• Previous experience in the food industry, especially in packaging and cartoning processes with Gampack and Tetra Pak machinery.

• Experience as a technician in continuous production lines.

• Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.

• Stable project within a consolidated company in the food sector.

• Technical environment with automated machinery and advanced industrial technology.

The selected person will work a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday on the night shift, ensuring the proper functioning of production lines and minimizing downtime.

Des de Marlex People col·laborem amb una empresa del sector alimentari que cerca incorporar un/a Tècnic/a de Manteniment Industrial per reforçar l'equip de producció en torn de tarda.

• Execució del pla de manteniment preventiu dels equips de planta.

• Manteniment correctiu i intervenció ràpida davant avaries durant la producció per reduir al màxim les aturades.

• Diagnosi i resolució d'incidències en equips com encaixonadores Gampack, envasadores Tetra Pak, esterilitzadors Stork, robots ABB i sistemes de transportadors.

• Interpretació de plànols, esquemes industrials i manuals tècnics dels fabricants.

• Ús d'entorns SCADA, TPOP i programes de gestió de manteniment (GMAO).

• Proposta de millores tècniques i aplicació d'Anàlisi de Causa Arrel per solucionar incidències de manera estructural.

• Experiència mínima de 3 anys en manteniment industrial, preferiblement en entorns productius.

• Coneixements sòlids de mecànica i nocions d'electricitat bàsica.

• Capacitat per interpretar plànols i esquemes industrials.

• Familiaritat amb entorns SCADA, TPOP i GMAO.

• Persona autònoma, resolutiva i amb capacitat de priorització.

• Experiència prèvia en indústria alimentària, especialment en processos d'envasat i encaixonat amb maquinària Gampack i Tetra Pak.

• Experiència com a tècnic/a en línies de producció contínua.

• Mentalitat de millora contínua i coneixements d'Anàlisi de Causa Arrel.

• Projecte estable dins empresa consolidada del sector alimentari.

• Entorn tècnic amb maquinària automatitzada i tecnologia industrial avançada.

La persona seleccionada treballarà en horari fix de dilluns a divendres en torn de nit, garantint el correcte funcionament de les línies productives i minimitzant els temps d'aturada.
