Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the backend systems that power our core products used by multinational clients.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and evolve RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients.

• Work on system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.

• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and backend best practices.

• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers as part of a strong engineering culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong professional experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer, with a clear focus on backend development.

• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and backend architecture patterns.

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Understanding of scalable systems, data consistency, and performance considerations.

• Ability to take ownership of backend components and deliver high-quality solutions autonomously.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.

Bonus:

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-native environments.

• Exposure to distributed systems or microservices architectures.
