The role

Planificar y controlar la gestión técnica del mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y paradas programadas.
Gestionar modificaciones del alcance de los trabajos según necesidades operativas.
Supervisar la totalidad de los servicios operativos en las plantas asignadas.
Optimizar la asignación y utilización de recursos humanos y materiales.
Coordinar el avance de trabajos y reportar el estado de ejecución a dirección.
Dirigir proyectos modificativos y modernización de equipos en las centrales.
Mantener la interlocución directa con los equipos en campo para resolver incidencias operativas.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y normativa en todas las operaciones.
