Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Technical or Higher Degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Control).
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years in EPC projects for water treatment plants (WWTP, WTP, desalination plants) or waste/incineration treatment complexes.
Key Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working with electrical subcontractors in the hydraulic sector, design of low/medium voltage installations, transformation centers, process instrumentation, and automation architectures.

The role

You will be part of a high-performance technical team and manage strategic, large-scale projects.

What you'll do

Design and Technical Office: Review, validate, and propose optimization alternatives for basic and detailed engineering (single-line diagrams, medium and low voltage, control architectures, SCADA/PLC, and instrumentation).
Tender and Subcontractor Management: Prepare technical specifications, evaluate offers from electrical subcontractors specialized in the water/waste sector, and coordinate the award of the electrical package.
Field Assembly Supervision: Travel to construction sites during their critical phase to supervise the physical execution by installers.
Commissioning: Lead the technical startup of the plant, loop testing, the validation of automation software, and water instrumentation until the final 'turnkey' delivery.
Economic Control: Manage work certifications for electrical contractors and ensure that works are executed within the assigned budget.
Safety and Regulations: Guarantee strict regulatory compliance, occupational safety (PRL) specific to electrical installations on-site, and the rectification of non-conformities.
