What you'll do
- Apoyar en la elaboracion de las especificaciones técnicas de materiales y maquinarias necesarias para la ejecución de las obras, así como el planning de ejecución de la obra.
- Colaborar en la supervisión y analisis de los planos de ejecución.
- Formalizar los certificados y manuales de instrucciones de funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
- Parcipicar en planificar las necesidades de medios tanto materiales como humanos.
- Apoyo en gestionar la cartera de obras asignada y proporcionar el mejor servicio a los clientes ejerciendo de asesor técnico.
- Gestionar los pedidos de material relacionados con la explotación de su obra y seguimiento de las Subcontratas.
- Verificar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados, tanto los realizados por personal propio como aquellos que hayan sido subcontratados.
- Apoyar el control y supervisión de las subcontratas presentes en los centros de trabajo bajo su responsabilidad.
- Asegurar la implantación de las medidas suficientes y necesarias relativas a PRL en su ámbito de competencia.
