Claims, life and accident insurance

We are looking for a talented person to join Orizon, our Underwriting Agency, as part of the Claims area, with a permanent contract, focused on customer service and technical support in insurance matters. This position will be based in Madrid.

• Managing life, accident and civil liability claims, with special focus on public administration clients.
• Handling communication with clients, insurers, adjusters, and lawyers.
• Preparing claims lists.
• Analyzing coverages, policy conditions, and contractual aspects.
• Participating in the preparation and review of documentation (reports, communications, written summaries, and presentations).

• At least 2 years of experience in a Claims department, at an insurer or broker.
• Vocational training or higher education degree.
• Good level of English (ability to work in an international environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Dynamic and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple tasks at once, and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Proactivity, willingness to learn, and team-oriented attitude.

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento para unirse a Orizon, nuestra Agencia de Suscripción, formando parte del área de Claims, con contrato indefinido, focalizado en el servicio a clientes y el soporte técnico en materia de seguros. Este puesto estará ubicado en Madrid.

• Gestionar siniestros de Vida, Accidentes y Responsabilidad Civil, especial dedicación a clientes de Administraciones Públicas.
• Llevar la comunicación con clientes, aseguradoras, peritos y abogados.
• Preparar de listados de siniestralidad.
• Análisis de coberturas, condicionados y aspectos contractuales.
• Participación en la preparación y revisión de documentación (informes, comunicaciones, escritos, resúmenes y presentaciones)

• Experiencia de al menos 2 años en departamento de Siniestros, en Aseguradora o Correduría.
• Formación de grado medio o superior
• Buen nivel de inglés (capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional).
• Dominio de Microsoft Office
• Perfil dinámico y resolutivo
• Capacidad para priorizar actividades, gestionar varias tareas a la vez y cumplir plazos.
• Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación para coordinarse con clientes y equipos internos.
• Proactividad, ganas de aprender y orientación al trabajo en equipo.
