About the role
We are looking for a talented person to join Orizon, our Underwriting Agency, as part of the Claims area, with a permanent contract, focused on customer service and technical support in insurance matters. This position will be based in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Managing life, accident and civil liability claims, with special focus on public administration clients.
- Handling communication with clients, insurers, adjusters, and lawyers.
- Preparing claims lists.
- Analyzing coverages, policy conditions, and contractual aspects.
- Participating in the preparation and review of documentation (reports, communications, written summaries, and presentations).
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a Claims department, at an insurer or broker.
- Vocational training or higher education degree.
- Good level of English (ability to work in an international environment).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Formación de grado medio o superior

- Capacidad para priorizar actividades, gestionar varias tareas a la vez y cumplir plazos.
