MARSH's training program aims to ensure that external internships carried out by students at the company allow them to apply the knowledge acquired in their education and the acquisition of professional skills.

The main objective of these internships is the integration of students into the professional environment through the development of supervised practical activities that enable the development of technical and transversal skills

You will be involved in the following tasks, under the supervision of your tutor:

• Participate in the management and assessment of high and medium-value claims, including property damage, cyber, machinery breakdown, business interruption, ALOP, DSU, construction, among others, always under supervision.

• Provide support in asset valuation and business interruption loss studies.

• Collaborate with the team in preparing reports.

• Participate in preparing commercial proposals.

• Provide support in analyzing technical and financial information.

• Collaborate with the team in preparing presentations and commercial documentation.

• Participate in developing commercial activities with prospects and clients.

• Provide support in policy analysis.

• Collaborate with different company departments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Building, Architecture, etc.)
• A Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE) is valued.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Advanced English level, C1.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Initiative, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize activities while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients and other business areas and company departments.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Versatility for both independent and teamwork.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.

Contaremos contigo para que, bajo la supervisión del/ de la Tutor/a puedas:

• Participar en la gestión y peritación de siniestros de elevada y mediana cuantía, incluyendo daños materiales, ciber, avería de maquinaria, pérdida de beneficios, ALOP, DSU, construcción, entre otros, siempre bajo supervisión.

• Prestar apoyo en estudios de valoración de activos y pérdida de beneficios.

• Colaborar con el equipo en la elaboración de informes.

• Participar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales.

• Prestar apoyo en el análisis de información técnica y financiera.

• Colaborar con el equipo en la elaboración de presentaciones y documentación comercial.

• Participar en el desarrollo de actividad comercial con prospectos y clientes.

• Prestar apoyo en el análisis de pólizas.

• Colaborar con diferentes departamentos de la empresa.

• Máster o grado en Ingeniería (civil, industrial, edificación, arquitectura etc)
• Valorable Máster o grado en ADE.
• Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad.
• Nivel avanzado de Inglés, C1.
• Dominio del paquete Office (Outlook, Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
• Tener iniciativa, proactividad y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad.
• Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
• Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes internos y externos y otras áreas de negocio y departamentos de la empresa.
• Alta capacidad analítica.
• Versatilidad para el trabajo individual y trabajo en equipo.
• Motivación y ganas de aprender.
