Insurance Advisor - Dealership (Implant)

We are looking for a talented person to join our Affinity & Motor team at Marsh. This position will be based in Madrid and is 100% on-site.

Our Client, an important company belonging to one of the largest automotive groups in the world, needs to incorporate an insurance advisor at a major dealership in Madrid. The advisor will report to the Affinity & Motor Department at Marsh, reporting to the Madrid head office.

• Managing and issuing motor vehicle insurance policies for customers and potential customers of the dealership.
• Promoting supplementary insurance products.
• Resolving insurance-related issues.
• Managing leads to promote insurance products.
• Managing databases to promote insurance products.
• Strengthening the insurance portfolio during the renewal process.
• Managing claims to increase referrals to the workshop.
• Providing insurance support to the dealership.

• Experience in insurance sales, although experience with other products or services will also be valued.
• Autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize activities while handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Own vehicle.

• Training in Group II insurance products.
• Previous experience promoting standalone insurance products at dealerships.

Nuestro Cliente, una importante financiera perteneciente a uno de los grupos de automoción más grandes del mundo, necesita incorporar un implant de seguros en un importante concesionario de Madrid. El implant dependerá del Departamento de Affinity & Motor de Marsh, reportando a la central de Madrid.

• Gestión y emisión de pólizas de seguro de circulación de automóviles para clientes y potenciales clientes del concesionario.
• Promoción de seguros complementarios.
• Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con los seguros.
• Tratamiento de leads para la promoción de seguros.
• Tratamiento de BBDD para la promoción de seguros.
• Fortalecer la cartera de seguros en el proceso de renovación.
• Gestión de siniestros para aumentar el direccionamiento a taller.
• Soporte al concesionario en materia de seguros.

• Experiencia en promoción de seguros, aunque también se valorará experiencia con otros productos o servicios.
• Autonomía, iniciativa y un alto sentido de la responsabilidad.
• Habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con clientes internos y externos.
• Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.
• Dominio paquete Office (especialmente Excel).
• Vehículo propio.

• Formación en seguros grupo II.
• Experiencia previa en promoción de seguros stand alone en concesionarios.
