Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support in workplace risk assessments, as well as hygiene, ergonomic, and psychosocial measurements, additional technical reports, and control and follow-up visits.
  • Assist in the regular supervision of preventive activity in the assigned services, ensuring the effective implementation of preventive measures.
  • Advise on Health and Safety matters, labor inspections, meetings with committees, and coordination of business activities, ensuring contracts comply with current legal regulations, following the guidelines set by the company and the specifications of the ISO 45001 standard.
  • Provide support in accident and incident investigations, especially investigations of significant accidents and occupational diseases within your area of responsibility, identifying root causes and formulating recommendations.
  • Participate in the audits included in the annual health and safety plan, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the guidelines established in the company's Management System.
  • Help develop and deliver training courses on Health and Safety matters.

Training and knowledge

Education and training:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemical Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention in the 3 specialties of Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Safety.
  • Intermediate English B1. Technical use, both oral and written communication.
  • User-level office software skills.
  • Training in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards.
  • Results-oriented, with strong motivation to meet goals and efficiently manage daily tasks.
  • Audit training is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
