You bring 10 or more years of experience in clinical development, clinical data architecture, data management, or clinical technology, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
You have deep expertise in clinical trial data domains, including Clinical Trial Management Systems, Electronic Data Capture, electronic Trial Master File, study, site, subject, milestone, and operational data.
You possess a strong command of Good Clinical Practice, GxP, CDISC standards, data governance frameworks, and clinical data lifecycle management.
You have hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and modern data stack technologies - including AWS, Snowflake, and dbt - as well as analytics and integration architectures.
You demonstrate the ability to define data strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly across scientific and business audiences.
You are proficient in AI and machine learning concepts, including their practical applications, limitations, and ethical considerations - and can critically assess AI tools to support responsible, informed decision-making in a regulated environment.
You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
