Maintenance Lead Operator

At our Salamanca plant, where we produce vaccines for animal health, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead Operator.

We are looking for someone passionate about keeping the equipment, systems, and facilities of our plant in optimal condition, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards. As a Maintenance Lead Operator, you will have the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective activities at our Salamanca plant. Your commitment to safety, energy efficiency, and teamwork will be essential to success in this role. 
 

Overall purpose of the position
Keep the plant's equipment, systems, and facilities in condition to fulfill the function for which they were designed, with the established capacity and quality and safety requirements.
 

Functions and responsibilities:

• Ensure proper compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.

• Gatekeeper, Planner, and Scheduler in SAP PM for preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Daily communication between the different IPTs and their manager to ensure the correct distribution of work among available resources

• Management of preventive maintenance

• Active participation in TIER (operational meetings)

• Support in training other members of the area in facility maintenance tasks, in order to create a culture of "self-maintenance" within the maintenance area and IPTs

• Carrying out assigned preventive maintenance activities on time, in the proper manner, and on the scheduled date

• Training other colleagues when specific knowledge is held

• Managing the spare parts stock for assigned jobs and following up on spare parts requests

• Continuous communication within the area to ensure proper handover of information between shifts

• As a Maintenance Technician and Operator, ensure energy efficiency in the performance of daily preventive and corrective activities

• Preventive duties as a preventive resource

• Health, Safety, and Environment Liaison (IPMA) for campus 2.

• Intervention Team – rescuer
   

Required qualifications: 

• We are looking for someone with technical training and experience in industrial maintenance in regulated environments. Preferred training is in Mechanics, Electrical and Electronics, Refrigeration Systems, and HVAC.

• Knowledge of Automation and PLCs, i.e., the ability to interpret and interact with automatic process machinery. (Consultation and handling, not programming)

• Knowledge of SAP PM or equivalent GMAOs.

• Strong teamwork skills.

En nuestra planta de Salamanca, donde nos dedicamos a la producción de vacunas para la salud animal, actualmente buscamos un operario líder de mantenimiento.

Buscamos una persona apasionada por mantener los equipos, sistemas e instalaciones de nuestra planta en óptimas condiciones, garantizando que cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad. Como operario líder de mantenimiento, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar la planificación y ejecución de actividades preventivas y correctivas en nuestra planta en Salamanca. Tu compromiso con la seguridad, la eficiencia energética y el trabajo en equipo será fundamental para el éxito en este puesto. 
 

Objetivo general del puesto
Mantener los equipos, sistemas e instalaciones de la Planta en condiciones de cumplir con la función para la cual fueron proyectados, con la capacidad y requerimientos de calidad y seguridad establecidos.
 

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Velar por el adecuado cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, salud laboral y medio ambiente.

• Gatekeeper, Planner y Scheduler en SAP PM de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

• Comunicación diaria entre los distintos IPT’s y su manager para asegurar la correcta distribución de los trabajos entre los recursos disponibles

• Gestión del mantenimiento preventivo

• Participación activa en los TIER (reuniones operacionales)

• Soporte en la formación del resto de miembros del área en las tareas de mantenimiento de la instalación, de manera que se cree una cultura de “auto mantenimiento”, dentro del área de mantenimiento e IPT’s

• Realización de las actividades del mantenimiento preventivo asignadas en plazo, forma y fecha

• Formar a otros compañeros cuando se posean conocimientos específicos

• Gestionar el stock de recambios de los trabajos asignados y realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes de los mismos

• Comunicación continua dentro del area para mantener un correcto traspaso de información entre turnos

• Como técnico y operador de Mantenimiento velará por la eficiencia energética en la realización de sus actividades diarias tanto preventivas como correctivas

• Funciones preventivas como recurso preventivo

• Interlocutor de Prevención y Medioambiente (IPMA) de campus 2.

• Equipo de Intervención – rescatista
   

Cualificación requerida: 

• Buscamos una persona con formación y experiencia técnica en Mantenimiento industrial en entornos regulados. La formación preferente es en Mecánica, Electricidad y electrónica, Sistemas de Refrigeración y HVAC.

• Conocimientos de Automatización y PLC´s, es decir, que pueda interpretar e interactuar con maquinaria automática de Procesos. (Consulta y manejo, no programación)

• Conocimiento de SAP PM o GMAOs equivalentes.

• Con fortalezas de trabajo en equipo.
