• Resolve issues efficiently and proactively, maintaining smooth communication with carriers and the internal team.

• Propose and implement corrective or preventive actions to avoid recurring incidents and optimize the logistics process.

• Monitor and evaluate the service level of outbound transport.

• Generate reports on carriers' performance and compliance.

• Work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure carriers meet the agreed service criteria.
