We are looking to bring on board a Transport Network Planning Technician for our bids and tenders team, whose goal will be to design and develop the graphic portion of the company's projects within the collective passenger transport area.

What you'll do

🔎What will your duties be?

1. Design and update network maps (urban and interurban): lines, stops, frequencies, fare zones.

2. Prepare line diagrams and route schematics for information panels, bus shelters, vehicles, and web/app.

3. Extract, process, and clean data from the SAE (Operations Assistance System) and the ticketing system (validations, transport tickets, fare zoning). Integrate external data (street maps, orthophotos, municipal layers, OpenStreetMap, cadastre, etc.) into GIS environments.

4. Georeference stops, routes, bus lanes, and network infrastructure.

5. Prepare technical drawings of parking facilities and regulated parking zones.

6. Maintain a coherent and up-to-date geospatial database of the network (stops, lines, schedules, fares).

7. Generate graphic material for real-time information panels, stop signage, brochures, web, and mobility app.

8. Collaborate with the Operations, Systems/IT, Marketing, and Customer Service departments to ensure consistency of published information.

9. Adapt cartography to accessibility and universal design criteria (contrast, legibility, standardized iconography).

10. Control versions and file management of the different map formats.

What we're looking for

- Person with a higher degree or vocational training in graphic design, Cartography and Geodesy, Geography, Geomatics/Topography Engineering, or similar.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar positions.

- Specific training in GIS systems is a plus.

- Experience with graphic design tools: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.

- Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets (SQL, Excel).

- Experience with transport data formats and standards (GTFS, GTFS-Realtime), SAE systems, and data processing languages (Python, R) for process automation is a plus.
