About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Financial Analyst with financial knowledge and a passion for technological innovation, to join our team at a multinational advertising agency. This role is key to supporting data-driven strategic decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the business.

What you'll do

  • Pricing and Scoping Strategy: Support the definition of pricing models, budget preparation, and ensure the correct application of rates to protect contribution margins.
  • Profitability and Resource Efficiency: Analyze profitability by client, department, and profile. Help design and drive concrete action plans that positively impact the P&L, optimizing resource allocation and team capacity.
  • Financial Planning and Strategic Presentations: Participate with the Finance Director in revenue forecasting (Revenue Forecast), analysis of the New Business pipeline, and the preparation of key financial presentations for management, such as the Operating Plan and Margin Plan.
  • Governance and Risk Minimization: Control, analyze, and report budget variances. Ensure compliance with financial policies in commercial agreements to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • AI Optimization: Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools (Copilot, LLM, Power Automate) to automate financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and generate strategic value.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Identify trends and opportunities using analytical tools. Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to facilitate tracking of key business KPIs.

Requirements
