At ONCE we are looking for an Environmental Sustainability Technician for a permanent position in our Environmental Sustainability Unit located in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Preparation of non-financial information reports.
- Conducting ESG assessments of third parties (environmental aspects).
- Preparation of documentation and evidence for internal and external audits related to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
- Study of trends, sectoral challenges, and best practices in ESG matters.
- Monitoring compliance with the Environmental Sustainability Plan, developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance.
- Carbon Footprint calculation (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).
- Development of the climate change mitigation and adaptation plan.
- Development of training for employees on environmental sustainability and creation of environmental awareness campaigns.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Biology, or similar fields.
- Postgraduate degree or master's related to the field (Circular Economy, ESG, Decarbonization, Sustainable Construction...).
- ESSENTIAL: Demonstrable experience of 5 years in a similar position carrying out the tasks described.
- Availability to travel.
- Management of tenders, bids, and contracts.

What you'll do
- Elaboración de los reportes de información no financiera.
- Realización de la evaluación ASG a terceros (aspectos ambientales).
- Preparación de la documentación y evidencias para las auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
- Estudio de tendencias, retos sectoriales y mejores prácticas en materia ESG.
- Seguimiento del cumplimento del Plan de Sostenibilidad ambiental, desarrollando e implementando estrategias para el asegurar el cumplimiento.
- Cálculo Huella de Carbono (Alcance 1,2 y 3).
- Desarrollo del plan de mitigación y adaptación al cambio climático.
- Elaboración de la formación a los empleados en materia de sostenibilidad ambiental y desarrollo de campañas de sensibilización ambiental.
What we're looking for
- Grado en Ingeniería, ADE, Biología o similares.
- Postgrado o máster relacionado con la materia (Economía Circular, ASG, Descarbonización, Construcción sostenible...).
- IMPRESCINDIBLE experiencia demostrable de 5 años en un puesto similar desarrollando las tareas especificadas.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Gestión de ofertas, concursos y contratos.
