Technician (m/f) Elevator Maintenance and Repair Naval Area- Enor Barcelona

We are currently hiring a TECHNICIAN (m/f) FOR ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR at OTIS Marine - ENOR BARCELONA.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment (therefore, holding an Elevator Maintenance Certificate is essential).

• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.

• Carry out assigned repairs.

• Being proactive in implementing technical improvements and updates.

• Advising the client on how to improve the performance of the equipment.

• Complying with established safety and environmental standards.

TRAINING: MANDATORY to hold the maintenance certificate or one of the following qualifications:

• Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics.

• Higher Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance.

• Higher Degree in Industrial Equipment Maintenance.

• Intermediate Degree in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Driving.

The following IMAQ qualifications are also valid:

• IMAQ 0110 Installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment.

• IMAQ 0210 Development of projects for handling, lifting and transport installations.

• IMAQ 0108 Mechanical maintenance and assembly of industrial equipment.

• IMAQ 0208 Planning, Management and Execution of maintenance and supervision of machinery assembly, industrial equipment and automated production lines. FMEE0208 Assembly and commissioning of capital goods and industrial machinery.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years as an elevator technician.

COMPUTER SKILLS: proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

LANGUAGES: ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing.

SKILLS: Communication, teamwork, results orientation, proactivity and ability to work under pressure.

** RESIDENCY IN BARCELONA OR SURROUNDING AREAS IS ESSENTIAL

Las principales responsabilidades de la posición son las siguientes:

• Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos asignados (por ello es imprescindible disponer de Certificado de Mantenedor de Ascensores).

• Diagnosticar y solucionar averías de manera eficiente.

• Llevar a cabo las reparaciones asignadas.

• Ser proactivo en la implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones técnicas.

• Asesorar al cliente sobre sobre cómo mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos.

• Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos.

FORMACIÓN: OBLIGATORIO disponer del certificado de mantenedor o alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:

• CFGS Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial.

• CFGS Técnico Mantenimiento Electromecánico.

• CFGS Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento de Equipo Industrial.

• CFGM Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas.

También son válidos los siguientes IMAQ:

• IMAQ 0110 Instalación y mantenimiento de ascensores y otros equipos fijos de elevación y transporte.

• IMAQ 0210 Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones de manutención, elevación y transporte.

• IMAQ 0108 Mantenimiento y montaje mecánico de equipo industrial.

• IMAQ 0208 Planificación, Gestión y Realización del mantenimiento y supervisión del montaje de maquinaria, equipo industrial y líneas automatizadas de producción. FMEE0208 Montaje y puesta en marcha de bienes de equipo y maquinaria industrial.

EXPERIENCIA: 3 años como técnico de ascensores.

OFIMÁTICA: dominio Microsoft Office 365.

IDIOMAS: capacidad para comunicarse con fluidez tanto oral como escrita.

COMPETENCIAS: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, orientación al logro, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
