PERTOR, a company associated with OTIS España, a world and national leader in the elevator sector, is hiring a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in Alicante:  

As a SUPERVISOR, your duties will be: 

• Supervise and coordinate the technical team in charge (including subcontractors), including timesheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking. 

• Attend to and provide technical advice to the team, clients, and specifiers, whether by phone, email, or in person. 

• Coordinate with the Works Manager for technical needs and assistance. 

• Monitor units in the portfolio by recording them in internal systems (SICO), as well as coordinating and tracking said units. 

• Manage the people under your supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and processes established by HR and technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service and 5-10-5 techniques, etc., ensuring the team's performance meets the company's needs. 

• Take responsibility for internal communication within the team, including preparing and leading meetings. 

• Ensure the safety of the team and clients by delivering safety courses, analyzing non-standard risks, and conducting FPA assessments.

To succeed in this role, we need: 

EDUCATION: a degree in ENGINEERING or ARCHITECTURE is required. 

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the elevator or industrial sector is desirable.  

COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. 

LANGUAGES: English B2 level is a plus. 

SKILLS:  Team management, Results orientation, Ability to resolve conflicts.

Como SUPERVISOR, tus funciones serán: 

• Supervisar y coordinar al equipo técnico a cargo (incluyendo subcontratistas), incluyendo hojas de tiempo, control de gastos, informes de dificultad, y seguimiento de actividad. 

• Atender y asesorar técnicamente a equipo, clientes y prescriptores, tanto telefónico, por email o presencial. 

• Coordinar con Dir. Obras para necesidades y ayudas técnicas. 

• Controlar unidades en cartera mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO), así como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades. 

• Gestionar personas a su cargo, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y procesos establecidos por RR.HH. y formación técnica: gestión desempeño, formación anual, Servicio Excelente y técnicas 5-10-5, etc., asegurando la adecuación del desempeño del equipo a las necesidades de la compañía. 

• Responsabilizarse de la comunicación interna dentro del equipo, incluyendo la preparación e impartición de reuniones. 

• Garantizar la seguridad de equipo y clientes, mediante la impartición de cursos de seguridad, el análisis de riesgos no estandarizados y realización de evaluación de FPAs.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos: 

FORMACIÓN: se requiere Grado de INGENIERÍA o ARQUITECTURA. 

EXPERIENCIA: Deseable al menos 2 años de experiencia en puesto similar en el sector de la elevación o sector industrial.  

OFIMÁTICA: Dominio Microsoft Office 365. 

IDIOMAS: Valorable Nivel B2 de inglés. 

COMPETENCIAS:  Gestión de equipos, Orientación a resultado, Capacidad para resolver conflictos.
