Internship in Finance - Pharmaceutical Production Plant

Pfizer is an American company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products with more than 175 years of history, currently being one of the largest companies in the sector. The San Sebastián de los Reyes plant specializes in the manufacturing of lyophilized injectable products for the treatment of hemophilia type A and type B, post-operative pain and bone fractures, among others. The A3 Project is currently being finalized, consisting of the construction of a new aseptic area.

The Finance team at Pfizer's San Sebastián de los Reyes plant is made up of 4 experts in Manufacturing Accounting, Accounting and Taxes and provides support to the plant's production areas and ensures the monitoring and economic control of these manufacturing activities.

• Perform monthly closing tasks.
• Participate in the audit of the annual accounts: plan meetings with stakeholders, gather information requested by auditors, prepare/update reports.
• Participate in the quarterly Forecast and in the annual Budget process: gather information, prepare/update reports.
• Participate in standard cost calculation activities.
• Perform Treasury tasks: payments (preparation, accounting and reconciliation of accounts).
• Perform internal control tasks.
• Conduct INE surveys.

• Duration: 6-12 months.
• Working day: 5-8 hours per day.

• Student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar with the possibility of signing an internship agreement.

La planta de San Sebastián de los Reyes está especializada en la fabricación de productos liofilizados inyectables para el tratamiento de la hemofilia tipo A y tipo B, dolor post-operatorio y fracturas de huesos entre otros. Actualmente se está finalizando el Proyecto A3, consistente en la construcción de una nueva área aséptica.

El equipo de Finanzas de la planta de Pfizer en San Sebastián de los Reyes está compuesto por 4 expertos en Manufacturing Accounting, Contabilidad e Impuestos y da soporte a las áreas productivas de la planta y asegura el seguimiento y el control económico de estas actividades de fabricación.

• Realizar tareas de cierre mensual.
• Participar en la auditoria de las cuentas anuales: planificar reuniones con los stakeholders, recopilar información solicitada por los auditores, realizar / actualizar informes.
• Participar en el Forecast trimestral y en el proceso anual de Budget: recopilar información, realizar / actualizar informes.
• Participar en las actividades de cálculo de costes estándares.
• Realizar tareas de Tesorería: pagos (preparación, contabilización y reconciliación de cuentas).
• Realizar tareas de controles internos.
• Realizar encuestas del INE.

• Duración: 6-12 meses.
• Jornada: 5-8 horas diarias.
