What will your responsibilities be?

As a Retail Assistant, you will help our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And here is how you will put it into practice:

• Provide customers with an incredible experience by answering their questions about sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, as well as keep the stockroom tidy and well-organized.
• Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experience, handling customer inquiries, cancellations, and returns.
• Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Move products to the sales floor and ensure they have the correct price, always ensuring we meet our high standards.

How would we like you to be?

• Passion for interacting with people and creating incredible experiences.

• Honesty, good communication, and the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved when necessary.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Teamwork, a high level of motivation, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

• Interest in fashion and the latest trends.

• Ideally, professional experience in a very dynamic retail environment.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Como Retail Assistant contribuirás a que nuestros clientes disfruten más de su día, todos los días. Y así es como deberás ponerlo en práctica:

• Proporcionar a los clientes una experiencia increíble, respondiendo a sus consultas sobre tallas o estilos, compras o devoluciones.
• Preparar la sala de ventas, reponer las estanterías, organizar los probadores y exponer las últimas tendencias, además de mantener el almacén ordenado y bien organizado.
• Ofrecer una experiencia rápida, amable y eficiente en las cajas, gestionando consultas, anulaciones y devoluciones de los clientes.
• Recibir, procesar y comprobar las nuevas entregas. Llevar los productos a la sala de ventas y asegurarte de que tienen el precio correcto, siempre garantizando que cumplimos nuestros elevados estándares.

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?

Nos encanta sorprender a nuestros clientes con experiencias increíbles en nuestras tiendas, ¡y eso empieza por ti! Esto es lo que necesitamos de tu parte:

• Pasión por el trato con otras personas y por crear experiencias increíbles.

• Honestidad, buena comunicación y capacidad para escuchar, compartir ideas e implicarse cuando sea necesario.

• Buena capacidad de organización y atención a los detalles.

• Trabajo en equipo, un alto grado de motivación, una actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.

• Interés por la moda y las últimas tendencias.

• Idealmente, experiencia profesional en un entorno de retail muy dinámico.
