What will your responsibilities be?

The People & Culture In-Store Business Partner plays a key role in the people management strategy of our stores, collaborating with Store Managers to implement the People & Culture strategy. Your role will be strategic and consultative, ensuring that global initiatives are translated into concrete actions that drive team performance and company culture. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making regarding talent, leadership, and colleague experience.

You will lead the planning and execution of the talent acquisition and attraction strategy, ensuring the store has the best profiles. You will also ensure the implementation of training and development programs, promoting professional growth and team engagement. You will drive organizational culture and an inclusive environment aligned with Primark's values.

Additionally, you will facilitate talent management and succession planning within the store team, promoting development opportunities. You will ensure compliance with labor relations regulations and act as a liaison with regional office teams on strategic matters.

Your focus will be on analyzing key human resources indicators in the store, identifying trends and areas for improvement. You will report to the P&C Area Business Partner and collaborate with them to design action plans that allow for continuous improvement and optimization of people management strategies. You will be a key driver of change, driving the implementation of global People & Culture initiatives in the store and ensuring that every new project has a positive impact on teams and customers.
