At Prosegur, we are looking to hire a Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAIO) to lead and serve as the single point of contact within the Transformation structure for all data and artificial intelligence initiatives across the company. In a context of federated teams across the group's various business units, the CDAIO will be responsible for defining and orchestrating the global Data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will also lead the Group's AI program, driving safe, efficient, and profitable technology adoption across the organization.

To succeed, the candidate must be an integrative leader, with exceptional communication skills to unify the vision across teams that do not report hierarchically to him/her, and with solid economic-financial knowledge to ensure the viability and budget control of initiatives.

What you'll do

Strategy and Federated Leadership

  • Strategic Definition: Define, implement, and maintain the global Data and AI strategy for the Prosegur group.
  • Corporate Data & AI Team Leadership: Lead the corporate Data and AI team.
  • Federated Team Leadership: Orchestrate and guide federated data and AI teams across each business unit, ensuring they all share and execute the same corporate vision.
  • Centers of Excellence: Create and mature Centers of Excellence (CoE) for Artificial Intelligence and Data that serve as enablers of innovation and best practices across the group.
  • Master Plans: Help federated teams build and execute an AI master plan focused on three fundamental pillars: Workplace, Business, and Code Development (Software Factory).
  • Change Management: Lead the AI Everywhere program, promoting the adoption of generative AI tools in employees' daily work and across the company's core processes.

Governance, Technology, and Security

  • Policies and Regulations: Define and enforce secure AI development policies, establishing clear guardrails and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and regulatory authorities.
  • Technology Definition: Determine and standardize the AI technology, platforms, and models (commercial and open source) to be used across the Prosegur group, ensuring scalability and technological sovereignty.
  • Structure Integration: Directly lead the newly consolidated Data and AI team, taking on the responsibilities of the current Data and AI team and integrating the AI branch of the Solutions Architecture team, as well as the software development and AI architecture area that supports Legal and Risk.

Financial and Business Control (FinOps AI)

  • Use Case Management: Control, prioritize, and evaluate the lifecycle of AI use cases and business cases, ensuring they deliver tangible ROI.
  • AI FinOps: Implement strict control over AI consumption, monitoring token and license usage to optimize costs.
  • Budget Management: Explain, defend, and rigorously control OPEX, CAPEX, and cash-out for Artificial Intelligence projects.
  • Budget Development: Design and manage the global budget for the Data and AI area, collaborating closely with Finance and the Transformation Office.

What are we looking for?

Experience and Technical Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience leading Data and Artificial Intelligence strategies in complex multinational corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology ecosystems (cloud platforms, LLMs, RAG architectures, agents, etc.) and secure development methodologies.
  • Solid financial and economic knowledge oriented toward IT management (IT FinOps), with proven ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX, evaluate business cases, and control cash-out.

Leadership and Behavioral Skills

  • High-Level Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate the strategic vision clearly and persuasively, both to technical profiles and senior leadership.
  • Leadership by Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and align teams and functional areas that do not have a direct reporting line (matrix/federated leadership).
  • Change Agent: Ability to get "everyone on board," managing resistance to change and fostering a data- and AI-driven culture.
  • Results Orientation: Pragmatic approach focused on delivering real business value through technology, balancing innovation with profitability and cost control.
