On-site Retention Agent (Málaga)

At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, we continue to invest in the development of internal talent and we are looking to add an On-site Retention Agent to our team in Málaga.

You will be responsible for directly managing the relationship with our customers who have expressed their intention to cancel, identifying their needs and offering personalized solutions that contribute to their retention and continued loyalty to the company.

• Contact customers who have requested service cancellation.
• Analyze their needs and offer alternatives tailored to each situation.
• Inform them about available promotions, offers, and solutions.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve the established goals regarding retention and quality of service.
