Hospital El Pilar was founded in 1893, on land in the Barcelona neighborhood of Sant Gervasi, as a private non-profit institution, owned and managed by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Anne. Through successive expansions and renovations, in the 1980s it adopted the structure of two interconnected five-story pavilions, equipped with current services and technology. In January 2008, the Sant Jordi Cardiovascular Institute (ICSJ) acquired Clínica del Pilar, moving its professionals and technology to the clinic's facilities. This event represented a major commitment to the future, aimed at strengthening and expanding the various services and consolidating its position as a reference hospital center in Barcelona.

Requirements

Training in health documentation, administration, or similar fields.

Experience in the healthcare sector is valued.

El Hospital El Pilar fue fundado en el año 1893, en unos terrenos del barrio barcelonés de Sant Gervasi, se creó como una institución privada sin ánimo de lucro, bajo la propiedad y gestión de la Congregación de Hermanas de la Caridad de Santa Ana. Con sucesivas ampliaciones y remodelaciones, en los años 80 adoptó la estructura de dos pabellones de cinco plantas comunicados entre sí, y dotados de los servicios y de la tecnología actual. En enero de 2008, el Instituto Cardiovascular Sant Jordi (ICSJ) adquiere la Clínica del Pilar, trasladando sus profesionales y tecnología a las instalaciones de la clínica. Este hecho supuso una importante apuesta de futuro para potenciar y ampliar los diferentes servicios y consolidar su situación como centro hospitalario de referencia en Barcelona.
