From the private hospitals of Quirónsalud in Madrid, we are looking for an Admissions Coordinator for Diagnostic Imaging for the Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Pozuelo, located at C. Diego de Velázquez, 1.

What you'll do

Provide comprehensive care to the patient, promoting health education, in coordination with the rest of the team, applying the knowledge specific to their category and following the guidelines set by the center based on the care protocols of each area, contributing to providing an excellent quality service.

  • Ensure the correct filing and maintenance of the documentation necessary for daily work.
  • Verify that tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with the established circuits.
  • Supervise the maintenance, conservation and correct handling of the unit's equipment.
  • Request, maintain and control the agreed stocks of pharmacy, warehouse and linen, verify that the initial allocation matches the exits and justify any deviations that may occur.
  • Motivate the unit's staff to achieve the indicators set by the Group.
  • Directly and personally supervise the most complex procedures and care.
  • Collaborate in the Risk Assessment and inspection visits; comply with Preventive Planning.
  • Inform workers of the risks of their job and the preventive measures.
  • Facilitate attendance at occupational risk prevention training sessions, collaborating in their coordination.
  • Carry out an initial collection of data from an accident suffered by a worker, which will be handed over to the prevention technician who will be responsible for the subsequent accident or occupational disease investigation report. Likewise; sign the health care report of the Mutual Accident at Work and Occupational Diseases associated with the center in cases where a worker has suffered a work accident and requires assistance.
  • Request from purchasing the personal protective equipment indicated in the matrix by position of their area sent by the center's prevention technician. Delivery, information and record of delivery of the personal protective equipment provided to the staff of their area.
