Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Hospital Porter / Orderly vocational training. Intermediate-level vocational training in healthcare or higher.
Additional training in:
- Patient care.
- Patient mobilization and transport.
- Patient safety.
- Communication with patients and families.
Recommended experience: between 3 and 6 months in a similar position.
Knowledge: Standards, protocols, and procedures of the indicated areas.
Skills:
- Good organization and planning.
- Availability.
- Ability to respond appropriately to problems and emergencies.
- Dynamism.

The role

Quirónsalud Hospital Córdoba is seeking a Hospital Porter / Orderly with experience in hospital settings with the mission of providing comprehensive patient care, promoting health education, coordinating with the rest of the team members, applying the knowledge specific to their role, and following the guidelines established by the center based on the care protocols of each area, contributing to offering a service of excellent quality, to: Carry out patient transport, mobilization, and accompaniment, collaborate with healthcare staff in care and logistics tasks, ensure the proper flow of patients and materials within the hospital, monitor access points, and contribute to the safety, quality, and humanization of healthcare.
