Setup/edit all master vendor records for FCNA companies.
Invoice posting including employee expense reimbursements and intercompany transactions.
Assist with monthly monitoring of the accounts payable aging reports.
Provide accounting assistance to project teams; respond to AP and financial questions/concerns to meet the
business needs.
Assist in reconciling vendors across multiple accounts.
Manage inquiries from vendors which includes research; resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Help and assist with providing supporting documentation for audits.

Level C1 English written and spoken
Availability in the afternoons from 14:00 to 22:00
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a Shared Service Center environment.
SAP proficiency.
Experience with Corpay a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other proprietary software.
Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), AP processes and controls, as well as demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
