DocPath Technical Analyst

At Randstad Digital we continue to grow and we are looking to bring on a Technical Analyst specialized in DocPath. If you have analytical skills, proactivity, and a desire to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you!

What will your mission be?

Development and customization of automated document templates using DocPath tools (DocPath Designer, DocPath DGE).

Integration of tools with the company's internal systems for automated document generation.

Resolving incidents, technical maintenance, and support in template programming.

Optimization and automation of document creation and distribution processes.

Preparation of technical documentation and quality testing.

What are we looking for in you?

Essential Requirements:

At least 2 years of prior experience in similar positions.

Technical skills:

Technical proficiency in DocPath (Designer, DGE). Knowledge of XML / JSON. Databases: SQL.

Valuable points (They add up a lot!): Experience or knowledge in the banking sector and its applications.

Knowledge of Unix / Linux, MVS, and JCL. Script development.

Soft Skills: Analytical ability, active listening, and attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful attitude and good tolerance for working under pressure. Excellent social skills and teamwork.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Desarrollo y personalización de plantillas de documentos automatizados con herramientas DocPath (DocPath Designer, DocPath DGE).

Integración de herramientas con los sistemas internos de la compañía para la generación automatizada de documentación.

Resolución de incidencias, mantenimiento técnico y soporte en programación de plantillas.

Optimización y automatización de los procesos de creación y distribución documental.

Elaboración de documentación técnica y pruebas de calidad.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Requisitos Imprescindibles:

Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en puestos similares.

Conocimientos técnicos:

Dominio tecnológico de DocPath (Designer, DGE). Manejo de XML / JSON. Bases de datos: SQL.

Puntos valorables (¡Suman mucho!):Experiencia o conocimientos en el sector bancario y sus aplicativos.

Conocimientos en Unix / Linux, MVS y JCL. Desarrollo de scripts.

Soft Skills: Habilidad analítica, de escucha activa y orientación al detalle. Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y buena tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión. Excelentes habilidades sociales y trabajo en equipo.
