What you'll do

In this UAP Supervision role, you will be the key piece to make the shift run perfectly. During your working day, you will be responsible for:

Leading and motivating your team (GAP): You will be on the shop floor, organizing the shift, supporting the lead persons on each line, and managing the team in a close and transparent manner.

Ensuring the production plan: You will ensure compliance with the Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (QCDP) objectives set for the shift.

Continuous improvement and innovation: You will promote Lean practices (QRCI, 5S, Hoshin, TPM) and coordinate problem-solving groups with the team.

Proactive talent and climate management: You will plan staffing needs, foster cross-training and ongoing training on the shop floor, while ensuring responsible attendance and well-being.

Safety and environment (HSE): You will ensure strict compliance with risk prevention standards and order on the lines.

Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in team management or shift coordination in industrial plants (experience in the Automotive sector or JIT supply environments will be highly valued).

Key skills: Strong leadership ability, clear communication, problem-solving orientation (QRCI), and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a good team atmosphere.
