Sales Associate in a Cosmetics Store

-Initiate contact and establish relationships with customers.

-Identify, understand, and reframe customer needs.

-Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and knowledge of various promotions.

-Have in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the group's products.

-Advise and sell products in a personalized manner.

-Monitor and meet the sales and image objectives set by headquarters.

-Increase customer loyalty and brand awareness among consumers.

-Maintain the brand image according to the guidelines established by the Marketing Department (shelving, merchandising, in-store advertising), as well as your own personal image.

-Maintain a good relationship with the Store Management.

-It is essential to hold a disability certificate.

-Experience in retail sales.

-EXPERIENCE in the perfumery and cosmetics sector is valued;

• Use of Office.

Salary commensurate with a part-time position: 925¿ gross monthly salary

EUR 11.56 per hour

20 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

-Iniciar el contacto y establecer relaciones con el cliente.

-Identificar, entender y reformular las necesidades del cliente.

-Desarrollar relaciones duraderas con los clientes a través de programas de fidelización y conocimiento de distintas promociones.

-Conocer profundamente las características de los productos del grupo.

-Aconsejar y vender los productos de manera personalizada.

-Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta y de imagen marcados por la central.

-Incrementar la fidelización y el conocimiento de la marca entre los consumidores.

-Mantenimiento de la imagen de la marca según las directrices establecidas por el Departamento de Marketing (lineales, merchandising, PLV) al igual que su propia imagen personal.

-Mantenimiento de una buena relación con la Dirección del Centro.

-Imprescindible estar en posesión del certificado de discapacidad.

-Experiencia en venta al público.

-Valorable EXPERIENCIA en el sector de perfumería y cosmética;

• Uso de Office.

Salario acorde a media jornada 925¿ SBM

EUR 11.56 per hour

20 horas semanales de lunes a sábado.
