The role
Grupo Orenes, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure and entertainment sector with an international presence, is selecting people for our venues in the Palma area to fill the position of Floor Officer.
What you'll do
The main duties will be:
- Access control.
- Customer service at the establishment.
- Managing change for customers.
- Monitoring devices and terminals.
- Opening and closing the premises.
Requirements
Minimum education required:
- Secondary education or high school diploma.
Experience required:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or in customer service.
Other requirements:
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
- Knowledge of current sports news, events, and competitions is highly valued.
- Food handler certificate preferred.
