Industrial Refrigeration Technician

As part of the production team in the workshop, your main duties will be:

Manufacturing, assembly, and installation of refrigeration skids from scratch with fluorinated refrigerant systems.

Maintenance, charging, gas recovery, and commissioning of industrial refrigeration equipment (any load).

Interpretation, reading, and development/modification of refrigeration schematics based on manufacturing needs.

Oxyacetylene welding (silver/copper) and strict control of refrigerant leaks under current regulations.

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations, Electromechanical Maintenance, or similar.

Essential certifications: Certificate/License for Handling Fluorinated Gases for any load (per RD 115/2017). Possession of the Professional Qualification/License as a Refrigeration Installer will be highly valued.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience performing similar functions in industrial refrigeration or machinery manufacturing environments.

Key skills: Proven ability in interpreting and developing refrigeration schematics, as well as mastery of technical welding.

Valid B driver's license.

Salary: Attractive compensation package based on merit and experience, ranging from €36,000 to €39,000 gross per year.

Contract: Direct permanent contract with the company (very stable project).

Schedule: Full-time. Intensive schedule in summer.

¿Tienes experiencia como Frigorista Industrial en entornos de fabricación o montaje? ¿Buscas un proyecto estable, con un salario competitivo y en una empresa líder en tecnología de simulación ambiental y cámaras climáticas? ¡En Randstad te estamos buscando!

Formando parte del equipo de producción en taller, tus funciones principales serán:

Fabricación, montaje e instalación de bancadas frigoríficas desde cero con sistemas de refrigerantes fluorados.

Mantenimiento, carga, recuperación de gases y puesta en marcha de equipos frigoríficos industriales (cualquier carga).

Interpretación, lectura y desarrollo/modificación de esquemas frigoríficos en base a las necesidades de fabricación.

Soldadura oxiacetilénica (plata/cobre) y control exhaustivo de fugas de refrigerantes bajo la normativa vigente.

Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Instalaciones Frigoríficas y de Climatización, Mantenimiento Electromecánico o similar.

Certificaciones indispensables: Certificado/Carné de Manipulador de Gases Fluorados de cualquier carga (según RD 115/2017). Se valorará muy positivamente poseer la Habilitación Profesional/Carné de Instalador Frigorista.

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia demostrable realizando funciones similares en entornos de frío industrial o fabricación de maquinaria.

Competencias clave: Capacidad contrastada en interpretación y desarrollo de esquemas frigoríficos, así como dominio de soldadura técnica.

Carnet de conducir B.

Salario: Atractivo paquete retributivo según valía y experiencia, situado en una franja de 36.000 ¿ a 39.000 ¿ brutos anuales.

Contrato: Contratación indefinida directa por plantilla de la empresa (proyecto muy estable).

Horario: Jornada completa. Intensiva en verano.
