About the role

We are looking to hire an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the central services of a solid and well-known hotel chain located in Ibiza.

What you'll do

As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic and operational generalist profile, becoming the right hand of the management of the assigned hotels. You will be responsible for:

Advisory and Support: Provide direct support to the Hotel Managers of your assigned area in all HR areas, reporting directly to Corporate Management.

Personnel Administration: Manage the employment lifecycle (hires, terminations, IT, absenteeism, resolving employee queries). You will coordinate variables and incidents through the management software (Endalia) together with the external payroll agency.

Talent Attraction and Selection: Manage job boards, screening, interviews, follow-up, and lead the onboarding process.

Development: Manage and plan training and development programs for the teams.

Compensation: Actively participate in the management of the compensation policy and control the personnel budgets of your centers.

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR position.

Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Industrial Relations, or similar.

Nice to have

Languages: Medium-high level of English is valued (B1-B2).

Valued: Previous experience in the hotel sector.

What you'll get

Stability: Permanent contract for the whole year (activity continues in winter).

Salary: Based on experience + variable.

Working Hours Flexibility (On-site): Flexible start time (8:00 am or 9:00 am).

Winter schedule (November 1 to February 28): Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and intensive Friday until 2:30 pm.

Summer schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and intensive Friday until 2:00 pm.

Location: Central offices in Ibiza.

What you'll do

Como HRBP actuarás como un perfil generalista estratégico y operativo, convirtiéndote en el brazo derecho de la dirección de los hoteles asignados. Te encargarás de:

Asesoramiento y Soporte: Dar apoyo directo a los Directores de Hotel de tu zona asignada en todas las áreas de RRHH, reportando directamente a la Dirección Corporativa.

Administración de Personal: Gestión del ciclo laboral (altas, bajas, IT, absentismos, resolución de dudas de empleados). Coordinarás las variables e incidencias a través del software de gestión (Endalia) junto con la gestoría externa.

Atracción y Selección de Talento: Control de portales de empleo, cribado, entrevistas, seguimiento, puesta a disposición y liderazgo del proceso de Onboarding.

Desarrollo: Gestión y planificación de programas de formación y desarrollo para los equipos.

Compensación: Participar activamente en la gestión de la política retributiva y el control de los presupuestos de personal de tus centros.
