MISSION: To carry out personnel administration management for our hotels in accordance with Meliá Hotels International policies and procedures, in order to efficiently fulfill the labor obligations arising from the employment relationship.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law or similar, with a specialization in HR.

LANGUAGES: Spanish and Advanced English.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

· Knowledge of hotel operations.

· Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) 

· Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. · Human Resources administration.

· Knowledge and application of the Labor Code.

· Application of Social Security Law (Contracts, Payroll, Final Settlements).

· Occupational Risk Prevention legislation. · Management of human, financial, and material resources.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in the position or a similar one.
