Industrial Site Manager

• Analyze the technical documentation, measurements, specifications, and contract before starting work to detect deviations or inconsistencies.
• Prepare the cost budget and continuously monitor deviations. Prepare periodic certifications for the client and handle unforeseen events/change orders.
• Design and update the construction schedule, ensuring critical milestones for execution and installation of machinery or industrial facilities.
• Negotiate and supervise the contracting of auxiliary work packages, structure suppliers, roofing, industrial floor slabs, and special installations (high/low voltage electricity, HVAC, fire protection).
• Apply and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan in a high-risk environment.

• Architect, Building Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar
• 3 or more years of experience in industrial construction management
• Valid type B driver's license
• Knowledge of construction management and project software

• Analizar la documentación técnica, mediciones, pliegos y contrato antes de iniciar los trabajos para detectar desviaciones o incoherencias.
• Elaborar el presupuesto de coste y controlar desviaciones de forma continua. Elaborar certificaciones periódicas a la propiedad e imprevistos/contradictorios.
• Diseñar y actualizar la planificación de obra, asegurando hitos críticos de ejecución y montaje de maquinaria o instalaciones industriales.
• Negociar y supervisar la contratación de partidas auxiliares, proveedores de estructuras, cubierta, soleras industriales e instalaciones especiales (electricidad de alta/baja tensión, climatización, protección contra incendios).
• Aplicar y velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en un entorno de alto riesgo.

• Arquitecto, Ingeniero Edificación, Ingeniero Industrial o similar
• Experiencia de 3 o más años en gestión de obras industriales
• Carnet de conducir tipo B en vigor
• Conocimientos programas de gestión de obra y proyectos
