Your duties focus on the assembly and fitting of the various components that make up the semi-trailer, trailer, or body.

Reading Blueprints and Work Orders

Collecting and Preparing Materials

Assembling Chassis Components

Joining and securing the superstructure elements, such as side panels, roof, floors, doors, or tarpaulins. This may involve welding (at certain stages), bolting, and precision riveting.

Previous experience as an assembler or fitter, preferably in industrial vehicles or metal structures.

Technical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and diagrams.

Manual dexterity and skill in using hand tools (impact wrenches, clamps) and industrial machinery (presses, welding equipment).

Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness for working on assembly lines.

Montaje de Componentes de Chasis

Unir y fijar los elementos de la superestructura, como paneles laterales, techo, suelos, puertas o lonas. Esto puede involucrar soldadura (en ciertas etapas), atornillado y remachado de precisión.

Experiencia previa como ensamblador o montador, preferiblemente en vehículos industriales o estructuras metálicas.

Conocimientos técnicos y capacidad para leer planos y esquemas.

Destreza manual y habilidad para el uso de herramientas manuales (llaves de impacto, abrazaderas) y maquinaria industrial (prensas, equipos de soldadura).

Buena coordinación mano-ojo y condición física para el trabajo en líneas de montaje.
