The role

At ALTIA we are continuing to grow and we want to bring a Level 1 Operator for Manufacturing into our team to work 100% on-site at our client's facilities in Figueruelas, carrying out first-level technical support tasks for users in the industrial-production sector, covering equipment, infrastructure, systems, and IT services. Monitoring the production environment for immediate response and resolution, or escalation and follow-up of incidents, to ensure the platform's functionality and the effective/efficient management and follow-up of any issues that arise. All of this will be carried out in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday (weekends optional).
