In your day-to-day as a Workshop and Assembly Laborer, you will perform varied tasks that will allow you to experience different areas of the sector:

- Workshop Assistant: You will provide support in the preparation of materials, order, and maintenance of work tools.

- Assembly: You will actively participate in the assembly and mounting of metal parts and structures.

- Multipurpose workshop tasks: You will assist in different manufacturing processes according to the team's needs, learning how the sector's machinery operates.

Proactive Attitude: Genuine desire to work, energy, dynamism, and commitment.

Motivation to learn: Interest in the metal sector and in developing professionally in a technical trade.

Valued (Not mandatory):

Do you have basic knowledge or know how to weld? Extra points! It will be a great plus for your candidacy.

Have you worked before in the metal sector or in industrial environments/workshops? We would love to know, but if not, we will train you!

Intensive morning schedule: From 07:00 h to 15:00 h (forget about working nights or splitting your day!).

Continuous training: You will learn a trade hand-in-hand with experienced professionals from the metal sector.
