Requirements

- Key Expertise: Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of international food safety regulations and standards (such as IFS, BRC, and HACCP/APPCC) to successfully defend plant audits.
- Languages: advanced / Fluent level of English is mandatory, as you will be required to write technical responses and communicate fluently during international audits.
- Tools: Proficiency in office automation (MS Office). Prior experience with ERP systems (Navision) and digital traceability/quality control tools is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, resilience, and excellent teamwork abilities.

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a solid track record in the food manufacturing industry? We are seeking a highly skilled and senior QA Assurance Specialist to join a leading international production plant in the Valencia region. If you have experience defending audits with international clients, a deep command of food safety regulations, and fluent communication skills in English, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career.
Reporting directly to the Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will split your time between strategic office management and the production lines, performing the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate in maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Actively participate in external, internal, and certification audits, including directly defending technical documentation and responding to international clients.
- Lead and oversee hygienic-sanitary inspections on the production plant floor to ensure operator compliance with strict quality standards.
- Address complex technical client questionnaires, manage non-conformities, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Serve as a key member of the Food Safety Team (HACCP / APPCC compliance).
- Support digital traceability control, quality data management, and operational workflows utilizing internal systems.
- Ensure proper waste segregation, energy-saving practices, and alignment with internal Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) guidelines.
