CNC Machining Technician at Horse Valladolid

At Randstad, we are looking for a technician with experience in machining centers and CNC (computer numerical control).

You will be in charge of several machining centers, and your main duties will be:

• Supply raw material and stock to the machining center.
• Programming and changing CNC parameters (Computer Numerical Control Center).
• First-level maintenance, both preventive and corrective.
• Verify the quality of parts through visual inspection and other tools.

• Availability to work in Valladolid.
• Experience as a machining technician (knowledge of CNC, experience with conventional lathe and milling machine, and part verification).

• Training related to machining is highly valued (Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics, Advanced Vocational Training in Machining, Advanced Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Intermediate Vocational Training in Machining, Intermediate Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Technician in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Conduction, ...).

¿Tienes experiencia en mecanizado por CNC? ¿O formación relacionada con el mecanizado por control numérico? ¿Te apasiona el mundo del motor? Si es así, ¡Esta es tu oferta!

Desde Randstad buscamos un técnico o una técnica con experiencia en centros de mecanizado y CNC (control numérico).

Tendrás a tu cargo varios centros de mecanizado y tus principales funciones serán:

• Abastecer de bruto y materia prima el centro de mecanizado.
• Programación y cambios de parámetros CNC (Centro de Control Numérico).
• Mantenimiento de primer nivel tanto preventivo como correctivo.
• Verificar la calidad de las piezas mediante control visual y otras herramientas.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Valladolid.
• Experiencia como técnico o técnica de mecanizado (conocimientos en CNC, experiencia con torno y fresadora convencional y verificación de piezas ).

• Muy valorable formación relacionada con el mecanizado (FPII Mecatrónica Industrial, FPII Mecanizado, FPII Fabricación Mecánica, FPI Mecanizado, FPI Fabricación Mecánica, Técnico en Instalación y Mantenimiento Electromecánico de maquinaria y Conducción de Líneas, ...).
