Teleoperator/Operator for Telephone Call Reception

The duties you will carry out are the following:

• Call reception
• Providing information to customers about the company, its products and/or services.
• Cross-selling of products or services.
• Data entry into client systems.
• Reporting tasks and meeting objectives.

Salary according to the national Call Center agreement + incentives.

Training provided by the company.

EUR 1,225–1,500 per month

Split shift or afternoon shift

On-site work with the possibility of remote work after 3 months.

Fixed-term contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff based on your performance.
