Teleoperator/Operator for Telephone Call Reception

The duties you will carry out are the following:

• Call reception
• Providing information to customers about the company, its products and/or services.
• Cross-selling of products or services.
• Data entry into client systems.
• Reporting on tasks and meeting objectives.

Sales orientation, ability to work toward goals, and commitment.

Good communication skills and negotiation ability.

A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.

Salary according to the national Call Center collective agreement + incentives.

Training provided by the company.

EUR 1,225–1,500 per month

Split shift or afternoon shift

On-site work with the possibility of remote work after 3 months.

Fixed-term contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff depending on your performance.

Trabajo presencial con posibilidad de teletrabajo a partir de los 3 meses.

Contrato temporal con posibilidad de continuar en plantilla según tu desempeño.
