As a Helpdesk, you will manage the tools for new hires and be the point of contact for internal users at the Madrid office, providing technical support to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems, hardware, software, applications, networks, and systems, in order to guarantee the continuity of daily operations and employee satisfaction.

What you will do at ODILO:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, networks, and mobile devices.
