Warehouse Worker - San Fernando de Henares

From the RAS INTERIM MADRID office, we are recruiting a WAREHOUSE WORKER for a company in the LOGISTICS sector located in SAN FERNANDO DE HENARES. 

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manual order picking, making sure each package is correctly labeled and ready to be shipped to the right destination.
- Commitment to service, working as a team to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Physical and manual work, where speed and agility are required to manage the flow of goods efficiently.

👍 WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Availability to adapt to different shifts, as schedule flexibility is key to covering the warehouse's needs. It is important that you are willing to work both morning and afternoon/night shifts!
- Own vehicle (essential for some shifts), to make it easier for you to access the facilities.
- Ability to perform sustained physical effort. For example, for loading and unloading materials.
-Committed attitude, always prioritizing a job well done, and with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. 

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Contract with a duration of one month with the possibility of extension. 
- Temporary contract of 30 hours/week, with possible extension depending on needs.
- Rotating shifts, 6-hour working days. 
- Salary of €13.17 gross/hour for day shifts and €15.89 gross/hour for night shifts.

👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Preparación de pedidos manualmente, asegurándote de que cada paquete esté correctamente etiquetado y listo para ser enviado al destino correcto.
- Compromiso con el servicio, trabajando en equipo para garantizar que todos los pedidos sean entregados a tiempo y en perfectas condiciones.
- Trabajo físico y manual, donde se requiere rapidez y agilidad para gestionar el flujo de mercancía con eficiencia.

👍 ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI?
- Disponibilidad para adaptarte a diferentes turnos, ya que la flexibilidad en los horarios es clave para cubrir las necesidades del almacén. ¡Es importante que estés dispuesto/a a trabajar tanto en turnos de mañana como de tarde/noche!
- Vehículo propio (imprescindible para algunos turnos), para facilitar tu acceso a las instalaciones.
- Capacidad para realizar esfuerzo físico de manera continuada. Por ejemplo, para carga y descarga de materiales.
-Actitud comprometida, priorizando siempre el trabajo bien hecho, y con capacidad para aprender rápido en un ambiente dinámico. 

🤝 ¿QUÉ PODEMOS APORTARTE?
- Contrato con duración de un mes con posibilidad de prórroga. 
- Contrato eventual de 30 h/semanales posible ampliación según necesidad.
- Turnos rotativos, jornadas de 6 horas diarias. 
- Salario de 13.17€ brutos/h diurna y 15.89€brutos/h en turnos nocturnos.
