Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will be responsible for: 1. Integration of the portfolio of design changes/projects.

  • Channeling new change requests received from EPI and the parent companies (PCs).
  • Defining and maintaining a global/integrated schedule of ongoing changes, managing and improving the visual management of the project portfolio.
  • Supporting the Head of Product Design in the analysis of workload and capacity to ensure that the volume of ongoing changes aligns with the agreed capacity.
  • Supporting the management of budgets for current and future projects.
  • Managing the register of risks associated with product design changes.
  • Supporting the Project Managers team through the development, deployment, and maintenance of tools (tools, templates, standards, etc.).

2. Management of the change control process (gated process)

  • Leading the Change Control Committee (CCC), ensuring rigorous preparation for decision-making.
  • Working with the Head of Product Design to ensure that proposed changes are aligned with EPI's priorities and capabilities.
  • Ensuring that each phase (gate) is previously prepared by the Project Managers with all the necessary information.
  • Acting as secretary of the CCC (organization, agenda, minutes...), facilitating decisions during and outside committee meetings and ensuring compliance with the requirements of each phase.
  • Managing the preparation of meetings of the Engine Change Control Board (ECCB) with the aircraft manufacturer and following up on actions derived with the various EPI stakeholders.



3. Continuous improvement of the change control process

  • Autonomously managing the audited process for introducing changes to the certified engine at EPI (CCC process).
  • Optimizing the organization of Change Committee sessions and updates to the CCC process to improve its efficiency.



4. Management of engine material data

  • Preparing the necessary templates (IMF) to collect engine part data, ensuring the traceability of spare parts.
  • Identifying the master material database and generating the master file to manage data transfer to SAP, performing the necessary checks according to the approved configuration to avoid loading non-configured items.
  • Supporting the commercial team in preparing the annual catalog price list (CPL), meeting the agreed deadlines for its publication to customers.
  • Supporting meetings with key users to identify incidents or improvements.
