Plastic Extrusion Operator

From the RAS INTERIM office in Sabadell we are recruiting a PLASTIC EXTRUSION OPERATOR for a company in the PLASTICS sector located in CASTELLAR

• Starting up the extrusion machine and carrying out essential maintenance.

• Correct handling of the finished product and safe and efficient operation of the machines.

• Removal and placement of waste material and scrap according to internal procedures.

• Weighing and recording of the reels in the software provided for this purpose.

• Completion of the self-control register and other forms required by production.

• Manufacture of the material in accordance with the technical specifications in the Work Orders (WO).

• Correct packaging of the product and preparation for shipment.

• Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the extrusion area and at the workstation.

• Compliance with the general obligations and functions of the position according to the Prevention Plan and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in plastic extrusion (essential).

• Basic knowledge of start-up and maintenance of extrusion machinery.

• Ability to handle reel registration software and perform weighings.

• Attention to detail to ensure the quality and correct packaging of the product.

• Responsible attitude, compliance with safety regulations and teamwork.

• Availability to work rotating shifts (American system).

• Salary: €14.34 gross/hour.

• Contract: monthly renewable.

• Immediate start.

• American shift schedule: 6 days on, 4 days off. Shifts rotate weekly:

  • 6 morning shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m.) + 4 days off

  • 6 afternoon shifts (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) + 4 days off

  • 6 night shifts (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) + 4 days off.

Desde la oficina RAS INTERIM Sabadell seleccionamos OPERARIO/A DE EXTRUSIÓN para empresa del sector PLÁSTICO ubicada en CASTELLAR

• Puesta en marcha de la máquina de extrusión y realización del mantenimiento imprescindible.

• Correcta manipulación del producto acabado y manejo seguro y eficiente de las máquinas.

• Desalojo y ubicación del material de desecho y desperdicio según procedimientos internos.

• Pesado y registro de las bobinas en el software dispuesto para tal fin.

• Cumplimentar el registro de autocontrol y otros formularios exigidos por la producción.

• Fabricar el material conforme a las características técnicas especificadas en las Órdenes de Trabajo (OT).

• Correcto embalaje del producto y preparación para expedición.

• Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de extrusión y del puesto de trabajo.

• Cumplir con las obligaciones y funciones generales propias de la posición según el Plan de Prevención y normas de seguridad.

• Experiencia previa en extrusión de plástico (imprescindible).

• Conocimientos básicos de puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de maquinaria de extrusión.

• Capacidad para manejar software de registro de bobinas y realizar pesados.

• Atención al detalle para garantizar la calidad y el embalaje correcto del producto.

• Actitud responsable, cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y trabajo en equipo.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (sistema “americano”).

• Salario: 14,34 € bruto/hora.

• Contrato: mensual renovable.

• Incorporación inmediata.

• Horario americano: ciclo de 6 días de trabajo y 4 días de descanso. Los turnos cambian cada semana:

  • 6 días de mañana (6-14h)+ 4 días de fiesta

  • 6 días de tarde (14-22h) + 4 días de fiesta

  • 6 días de noche (22-6h) + 4 días de fiesta.
